I received the lights in a reasonable amount of timeBut once received them and put on the tree one of the strands aren't working so I emailed studio regarding it and I still haven't had a reply about it

Just an update from my last review. They tried to contact me once after I wrote a review and got sent a message that I should contact them when I am available. I contacted them but they didn’t even know anything about what I was talking about. I didn’t end up speaking to anyone. But i got my parcels before Christmas. I felt like the issues I had wasn’t forward up and they did not care! Very disappointed.

I love studio but having to pay for delivery and return it can work out very expensive. Could you not do a yearly fee?

Have had an account with “Studio” for a few years now. Always easy to place orders with friendly service. Intend to stay with you for years to come Thank you

If I could rate Zero star I would this company who I will be fair in the past have been perfectly fine but my recent purchase of a special present for my Father-in-law 70th birthday I have yet to receive and the correspondence from Studio on this matter has been nothing short of disgraceful. Still no refund 10 weeks down the line even though they have said the item was dispatched and delivered on the same day I have gave up with this company

Tried to pay on my card online for the last 2 months and each time I get the message saying that their 'Risk Department' has declined the transaction. I'm using a Mastercard Debit Card. Not a credit card and then because I can't pay any other way I'm slapped with a default charge. 2 months this has gone on for. Not very helpful on the phone and don't seem to care as they don't answer the phone! I wonder if the FCA or FSA will understand my problem and that studio are putting barriers in place to ensure customers can't pay with their card of choice thus causing more charges on your account. Martin Lewis will be very interested in this little scam studio have got going here!


Bought our granddaughter a double bed, she loves it. Easy to put together.

always great value great selection always on time delivery

Products were good and well priced but delivery was slow and uninformed. Also i thought i had paid outright only to find out i had not and owed the money on my first statement (not a problem but a surprise).

I love shopping with studio arrives in good time. Customer service is very good only problem is that I try to limit how much I spend at a time and £4.99 for postage every order is a lot to add every time.
